Excellent hotel,.
The airco in the restaurant was a bit cold requiring a jumper and the breakfast buffet was OK but not good.

Fantastic service, huge luxurious rooms, fabulous executive lounge, great location, excellent spa. Competent staff, spacious and clean rooms. Lobby bar staff go above and beyond to make guests feel at home. A Sofitel experience with all the luxurious amenities one expects.

The hotel had just opened - so everything was pretty new - with not many people staying there. The pool is amazing - we were offered complimentary foot massages (15mins) after our swim - with complimentary fruits. Hotel staff very very helpful and polite.
Slightly expensive - but it is five star. Also to get a tuk tuk - had to wait about 5 minutes on an occasion.

Room rate for the quality of hotel reasonable but on costs such as breakfast (27.5 US$ plus) and drinks very quickly make this hotel expensive which is probably reflected in the amount of people staying at this hotel which during my 3 night stay was minimal.

The room was luxurious and well-maintained. The staff, especially at Club Millesime, were fantastic. The location was great, with a nearby shopping mall. The early check-in and late checkout were convenient.

We loved the hotel which was stunning, however the communication skills of the staff did not meet the requirements of a 5 star establishment, especially since we had experienced other less expensive hotels in Cambodia. There was no clear instructions on what facilites were available on arrival and services. The hotel is very large and well spread out. We did not realise that there were two swimming pools, for example, until we had to investigate for ourselves which used up a lot of wasted opportunity and time.Recommend that staff hand out information pamphlets with map of hotel and facilites and service instructions for room service, pools, room serv ice phone numbers, etc Each room should have its own iron and ironing board!

Welcome staff was great, genuinly friendly and did not push for expansive extras which can be very annoying even though tourists hence dressed casual and arrived on a tuk tuk, we felt we received the same treatment as the ministers gathered there for a conference. It feels special: although that is the right attitude (our money is no different from the one of the VIPs), usually luxury hotels are kind of snobbish and have double standards. new and tasteful, luxurious but modern and without frills or cheese deco different restoraunt available overall great stay!
No complains really. Probably not a smart move to put a French manager in the Italian restaurant, the pizza was good but way too much oil (at least it was virgin olive oil, thanks god) and the pesto is badly made. Really, pesto isn't difficult to make have them look it up on internet (they can just google it in italian "ricetta pesto", not in English, then have someone translate it)

Located near a modern shopping mall and a large shopping centre, this hotel is conveniently within walking distance from many restaurants and cafes. the seafood restaurant on the premises offers excellent cuisine. Guests can expect clean and comfortable rooms, with attentive service provided by the friendly staff. the breakfast buffet is top, notch, with a wide range of delicious options to choose from. the event facilities are also well, equipped and accommodating.
Some guests have reported that the tuk, tuks available for hire at the hotel may consistently try to overcharge customers, which could be an inconvenience.

Excellent staff in fact overstaffed, they were pleasant and hospitable. They really went out of their way to make our stay memorable and great. Hotel is beautiful in design big and spacious. Almost all staff spoke good english.Food in the main restaurant was great and breakfast was of high standard and ample variety.
They were not completely and fully functional ie. the spa, sauna, italian restaurant and other restaurants, the shops were all not open and were still being constructed. Some of the rooms had no curtains as they had still not installed it, i guess it was just the timing they werent ready for business. They should have given us a better discount on the room (as I had taken two rooms) due to the absence of these facilities but they did not oblige. You cannot smoke at the Bar or any where in the Hotel. The phones in the lobby were not available,I mean you dont have phones from the lobby to call your room, which was at times a hassle.

We have stayed at many 5* hotels but this one is definitely the best. All the staff were absolutely fantastic and we would love to return again soon. I cannot praise the hotel enough.

The hotel offered a nice outdoor pool and a decent fitness center. The location was perfect, close to many restaurants and clubs. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The New Year's celebration was very loud and went on until the early hours of the morning, making it impossible to sleep. The food at the hotel restaurant was overpriced and not very appetizing.
